Thaw has been moved to a new org

Hi everyone,

to make development on Thaw easier and allow easier access to maintainers and contributors, we have moved thaw from my personal account to a new org https://github.com/thaw-app/

Yes, just a simple update to the url and homepage should work. But if the old org is redirecting it won't break immediately.
