Give editors a quick way to access current area information

For example closeness to sanctuary and the like.
Use this for initial information.

I experimented with this. And its no problem to use existing layers for different neighborhoods, sounds zones etc.

But for now there is no bandwidth to continue with this for this year, and little gain.
