Allow embedding a logo in the center of generated QR codes

Hey! Loving Kutt on our self-hosted setup. One thing I’d really like is the ability to drop a logo into the middle of the generated QR codes for some branding. right now they’re just plain black-and-white, which works but looks a bit generic when we print them on posters and flyers.

2 options - any one would be fine

1.	Simple: use the logo image by default ?
2.	Fancier: let users pick/upload a logo per link, so different campaigns can have different branding.
