Couple of S-132 specific questions

Is there a way to change which display comes up on power on / reset? i.e. can it default to CRT when booting/starting.
This would be nice if loading the vio bios and generally wanting to interact with the IMSAI via the CRT rather than TTY. Currently it seems I have to press CTRL-ALT-F4 on start up each time.

Is there a way to save the CRT display setting (color and interlace on / off.
As it is I seem to have to use ALT-PRTSCR every boot to switch to anything other than white non-interlace (blank lines between the scan lines of the chars)
