r_emailaddress not returning email address again

It seems that with the basic scopes I don't get the email back from the API.

Is this known or is LinkedIn changing terms again ?

For all users? If user has no confirmed e-mail address, no e-mail address will be returned.

I created PR which can solve this issue if you use this provider in combination with some other modules.
For example with https://github.com/cirrusidentity/simplesamlphp-module-authoauth2.
