FEATURE REQUEST: to be able to assign multiple categories to recipes

Steps to Reproduce

1. On Index View, click New in upper left corner to open the new recipe entry form.
2. Click the Category drop-down list and select any available category.
3. Observe the form for available option to add additional categories.

Expected Behavior

To be able to assign more than one category to recipes. For example: a cake recipe can fall under Baked Goods, Coffee Cakes, and Deserts. But another cake recipe can fall under no-bake, and savory. With no option for assigning multiple categories, searching can be very difficult.

Current Behavior

Only one category is allowed to be assigned for each recipe.
