Atomicu64 shim for musleabi etc #7
Description
When target is for example "armv5te-unknown-linux-musleabi" then there is no support for AtomicU64
like used here:
https://github.com/tikv/async-speed-limit/blob/master/src/clock.rs#L18
I could get it compiled using a modified shim that was mentioned here:
tikv/rust-prometheus#315 (comment)

Maybe something similar could be added here?
