Refactoring

[tmptrash]

• remove binary related functions. They should be in irma5 project
• move utils more closely to it's usage
• group different files into one index.ts (utils, enums, ...)
• after some add, remove atoms we have zombie atoms in store
• spl, fix, rep bonds should have same ids
• put arrow, sceptre components into bonds folder
• rename <Mode/> component to <EditAtom>
• mov atom with left-down direction of two arrows position them incorrectly
• fix an issue of more than 4 bonds in one direction
