Creating quarkus.native.resources.include should be in customizer

currently it is in [IntegrationGenerator](https://github.com/tnb-software/TNB/blob/main/fuse-products/src/main/java/software/tnb/product/integration/generator/IntegrationGenerator.java#L61-L68) but should be probably moved to a customizer
