Updates to AFFiNE helm chart

Hi!

We have been looking for a knowledge base/wiki that we can self-host for awhile now and after playing with a several (Obsidian, AppFlowy, etc), have decided we're going to go to production with AFFiNE.

We are hosting two instances to start -- one for our household and my personal projects, and one for a non-profit my wife is involved with. We are running these on a single-node Kubernetes (K3S) cluster in an old tower case in my utility room.

I'm trying to deploy everything to this cluster using Helm (actually using Flux's Helm Controller without the rest of Flux - https://fluxcd.io/flux/components/helm/ ).

To get things to deploy, I had to modify the chart a bit -- I've done that in PR #14513

I hope the maintainers will accept my changes. This has got me to my first successful deployment -- I may have more changes as I continue to set up our new sites.
