Beta 0.0.22

First binary beta release for Windows and Mac.

There are still lots of improvements to be made, and possibly a few libraries missing from the release package. The application should still work on most systems, but it depends on you having the correct libraries installed (which most will have by default). Also, the SE exporter is currently untested, and likely broken, in the release version.
