Timeline for 0.9.x

Hi everyone,

I am the author of the book about Axum.
Currently I am translating this into English, and I stumbled upon as there will be breaking changes in version 0.9.x.

I am not sure If I should wait for 0.9.x release or stick to 0.8.x for the book's content.
Is this release happening soon, or will it take some time to be released?
