add confirmation dialog when deploying

Perhaps a https://github.com/alampros/react-confetti dialog (maybe with ton diamonds)

That:

• Shows the minter address very clearly with a (copy-to-clipboard button + download button)_
• Encourages user to take note of it
• Shows twitter / telegram links to announce the minting

when closing the popup (only via a button, not by clicking on the background overlay), the user is redirected to the jetton page

when downloading, a jetton-[token_symbol].txt file is created, containing:

Jetton name: [name]
Jetton symbol: [symbol]
Jetton address: [address]
Creation Date: [new Date().getTime()]
