AI review doesn't display any comments after force push

• try to migrate issues between different commits, so that they're displayed
• cancel AI review on force push
  • maybe restart it afterwards?

If I got you right, that's not on AI — all comments on now-deleted files in rebases are lost in the /files tab, but they are still present on the main PR page with all other discussions.

Just to keep it fair, we did the force push for an example there, but previously I've encountered similar issues too.
