Support Account Balance for Joystream Network #151
Description
The calamar block explorer is already adopted by Joystream and a link to it is present on its governance dapp, Pioneer.
One issue with the block explorer at the moment is that it doesn't support account balance yet.
Joystream network prefix is 126.
