set_options method in control.py checks for deprecated collections.Iterable instance

Collections.Iterable is deprecated in Python 3, and the official website says stem is Python 3 compatible. Collections.Iterable was moved to collections.abc.Iterable. This seems to only be an issue for official pypi version. The dev version of 1.8.0 does not demonstrate this problem.
