coa_TagInt() model does not include the number of transmission for sentinel tags #8
Description
Right now the model relies on ntrans or soon to be n_trans which it uses as the number of expected transmissions for each time period. Considering sentinel tags usually have different delays than tags attached or implanted in an organism it would make most sense to require an additional vector that is n_trans_test or something like it. The number of transmission could be same or they could be different, however, as it currently stands this functionality is not in the model: See L7, L87, and L91 in COA_Tag_integrated.stan and the argument will need to be added to COA_TagInt.R
