Allow keyboard shortcut customization on macOS #1492

Description

Transitioning from the non-forked version to this version on macOS, one thing that is changed is key-binds. Unfortunately, even if you revert back to CTRL-h instead of `CMD-h in the config file, this will be overwritten on restart.

This is very frustrating because a lot of the keyboard shortcuts used in this app conflict with existing shortcuts.

For example, on macOS, CMD-h is hide for an application. On the old version of transgui, this was fine because the shortcut was CTRL-h. On this fork, it's been changed to CMD-h. So if I use the hide keyboard shortcut, it changes priority of the selected torrent instead.

It'd be nice is this force-upgrade did not happen every restart and shortcuts could be fully customized in the config file without being immediately overwritten when the app is started up next.
