Task Reward rebalancing feature #38
Description
Idea
The community influences the amount that is rewarded by completing Tasks.
(experimental feature)
- New value for Task Reward is computed from User Feedback after completing Task.
- The amount rewarded is not updated in the Task itself after rebalance but rather stored separately
- Community can choose to enable or disable this functionality at any time
- Community can choose how often the Rebalance occurs.
