Use GBIF checklist to refer to species of EU concern #120
Description
The part of the indicator workflows related to IAS of the list of EU concern needs to be refactored as we now have an official checklist of IAS species of Union concern on GBIF: https://www.gbif.org/dataset/79d65658-526c-4c78-9d24-1870d67f8439
As mentioned in #104, the tsv file containing such taxonomic information is not needed anymore. It's obsolete and should be deleted.
