Creating a service instance

1. From the TAP console main page, select >Data catalog, as shown below.
2. Select the Submit transfer tab.
3. Choose Link to input a URL to a data set or Local path to activate a Choose File file browser button. (The upload button is not active until URL has been provided or a file has been chosen.)
   1. For a Link, paste the URL to the data set.
   2. For a local file, use your browser to navigate to the data set file and select it.
4. Enter a name in the Title field to describe the data set.
5. Select a category to help others find your data easily.
6. Click the Upload button. Your data set will now be listed in the Data Catalog.
