Smtp outgoing server and individual smtp server

When setting inidivual smtp setting ( in utilities module ) system not use that information

All emails, sent, thru that user, still sent thru global outgoing setting information

Another problem, email sent thru Corebos, not have in header from/reply to information. When destinatary try reply email, these fileds in blank
