When part of thread is missing, post has single arrow in reply icon but "continued thread" header

this post is the second in a thread

however, the first post is missing om tooot.im.

on the home timeline om Tusky the post appears with the "continued thread" header, but with a single arrow in the reply icon.

i actually think that single arrow (and without the header) is the right way to go, since there's no further thread to read. but either way is good, just be consistent.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. follow account
2. account posts reply to their own post that is missing on your home server
3. post gets pulled to home feed

Meh, that is ugly. Apparently the Api does not always set in_reply_to_account_id when it sets in_reply_to_id. The button checks for in_reply_to_id, and the top text for in_reply_to_account_id because it uses a different text for self-replies.
Considering that the other options are confusing as well, I think the current state is not that bad?

• Show top text as soon in_reply_to_id is set -> It will say "Replied" on self-replies on some self-replies even though it should say "Continued thread", which means one can't rely on that indicator anymore.
• Show single arrow button when in_reply_to_account_id is not there -> We hide the information that it is a reply, even though we technically have it.
