Support for setter-links

Setter-links don't seem to be processed properly by twee.

Since the wiki link is broken, do you mean passage links whose text is different than the title of the passage they link to? If so, same issue here..: links get treated as if they point to external resources.

This is a critical issue for me, since I cannot use the Twine GUI due to its accessibility issues.
