How often do emails get synced?

Just wondering, as I've sent emails and haven't seen them updated with my contact. The other question is, if there is a new email does that "update" the contact? For example, I'd like to organize my people by last updated so I can see people I haven't emailed after so many months. Is that possible?

• Every 5min we sync emails.
• "organize my people by last updated so I can see people I haven't emailed" -> email does not update de contact "lastUpdate" value. so not possible yet. but we are working a a feature to allow this (filtering on a remote object, in our case the emails attached to a Contact) soon with @FelixMalfait !

@freestonefrank Last update field will be available in Q2 this year (twentyhq/core-team-issues#1675), in the meantime, you can create a datetime field in People and Company objects and workflow where upon receiving new message, you add a delay (few minutes at most) to wait until all messages are processed, then you check message participants for related people/company record(s) and update them according to mail received date
