Email results to OTRS helpdesk, not to Neil

Rebecca would like to know the "Subject:" field of the email, so she can categorize incoming requests into the correct new queue, set up specifically for this project.

Uh.... stop hardcoding the email address; this ought to be an environment variable.

Is there a way to add an email header that'll allow OTRS to automatically direct this to the correct queue?
