Deposit Wizard has hidden input in step 1

Describe the bug

In the screenshot above you can see input text being hidden behind existing selectize values. This doesn't occur every time, but seems to occur after visiting the 4th step of the deposit form in Firefox and Chrome.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Deposit or Draft Item in your Profile
2. Complete the form to Step 4 or navigate to Step 4 in a draft.
3. Click on Step 1
4. Enter additional values in a selectize field like language, author or subject.

Expected behavior
Input isn't hidden behind existing values.
