installation help with Windows please. Is there a manual or how to anywhere for newbie.

hello, unfortunately the help we can provide is very limited, as our team has limited capacity and are workign on other projects. We have an old installation guide on a defunct site, however it is available on the wayback machine: https://web.archive.org/web/20180511234813/https://ipeer.ctlt.ubc.ca/wiki/install

Note that php 8 or above will not work with the master branch, you might have to find an older XAMPP/WAMP version using php 7. There is a php8 branch if you can only use newer php versions.
