Model used in the paper

May I ask which model is actually used in the paper? From train.sh, it is calling train_fusion.py so I guess is using M5_fusion_transformer, but from the code of M5_fusion_transformer, seems it only utilizes the signal, age and bmi only, while in the paper, the model is utilizing the signal, age, bmi, gender and also clinical history.
