Intel IPU6 Camera support #1798

Describe the package
I'd like to request the package ipu6-camera-hal from the official repos RPM Fusion repos because it offers the following for intel's new gen cameras that use the MIPI interface instead of traditional USB.
v4l2-relayd (v4l2 daemon for systemd that launches v4l2loopback)
v4l2loopback (virtual v4l2 loopback with client and module)
ipu6-camera-bins (Intel driver with HAL), etc...
This is a complimentary package that works together with the efforts of Hans de Goede from the fedora team to get the camera working on some new gen laptops released since the last year or so including my one which is the HP Spectre 14 x360 (2024). You can read more about this here
This is not an aurora only request but a bluefin one too. I hope this helps that image too
