Hardware video decoding is broken in flatpaks (Intel GPU)

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to report it.
I was debugging this for a while. All browsers—both Firefox and Chrome-based—reported the same issue: only CPU decoding is supported.
I reproduced this on Bluefin/Bazzite and on uBlue-based Kinoite.

The issue was caused by a missing Flatpak package: org.freedesktop.Platform.VAAPI.Intel.
After installing it, I finally got this in Firefox:

It would be great to include this package in the default set for Bluefin/Aurora/Bazzite, or to mention it in the documentation about video acceleration.
