PXD-1905 ⁃ Use Arranger's tabs instead of our custom logic

We created a wrapper for Arranger called ArrangerTabs that divides the aggregated data into tabs. Turns out, there is a component in Arranger called Tabs that does this 🤦🏻‍♀️ we should try to use theirs if possible to avoid any licensing issues and tech debt.
