Standardize text size

On home page, text under Workshop Info and Participating Campuses looks smaller than the intro blurb.

Intro blurb has class "intro-text" while other text has class "col-lg-12 text-center".

Suggest make all text "intro-text" with sizing specified in original agency.css file (line 383).

Nope, that breaks a bunch of stuff, don't do that.

This is still bugging me, but may have to live with it for 2026 site, I can't quite crack it.
