Some index number are incorrect in pf_passive and pf_active

For example:

```json
    "coil[#]/element" : {
        "MAP_TYPE": "DIMENSION",
        "DIM_PROBE": "_coil[#]/element[#]/geometry/rectangle/size"
    },
```

References `_coil[#]/element[#]/geometry/rectangle/size` which has two indices but the parent `coil[#]/element` only has one index
