Allow folding and unfolding feature properties

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you import data with a large number of properties, editing a feature shows a long list of properties, pushing the tabs far at the bottom of the edit panel.

Describe the solution you'd like
The feature properties could be displayed under a tab, which could be open by default to maintain some sort of backward compatilibty. The tab could then be folded/closed to get to other tabs (such as Shape properties) more easily.

The layer selector would remain outside this tab. Maybe adding a title above the layer selector would clarify what this is about.
