Pole target support?

Amazing library!

I already implemented a pole target support for FABRIK but I was wondering if there was already any plan to support it, so i was holding off on making a PR (I am happy to make one if not )

We did not plan for a pole target support in the short term. It's cool that you already implemented it, so feel free to make a PR to help to improve this library.

The demo looks nice! Is it using our library (with your improvements)?

Yes! I am using it in Morphin app on iPad.

That demo looks exactly like what I need for my project, it also looks like you have built 6 DoF into it?
