Filters not working

I want to do a simple search for a term like "car" (removed all default filters). I've tried in the name matches or URL matches. In either case, it shows bookmarks that do not have car anywhere in the name or URL.

The expert mode is not a search function:
You can only filter bookmarks (or rename their URL for the purpose of comparison).
To misuse it as a variant of a “search” function, you might filter all bookmarks except those which do not match the expression you are looking for.
