(preset) nlo's damaged s-vhs recording preset

this preset replicates the heavy degradation of a specific time-shift recording s-vhs tape in my video library. i believe it was recorded with a standard vhs vcr, but there's really no way to know. i really love how this preset turned out, it's incredibly accurate to the original tape.
