[Enhancement] Add Field Weakening parameters in COMM_SET_MCCONF_TEMP_SETUP

Hi
Currently making my own dashboard\board computer for VESC
I'd like to control FW current and duty start without wearing EEPROM(by COMM_SET_MCCONF), just temporary, on-the-fly.
Seems to be it`s currently impossible
Found some workaround for my task, but in my opinion such option would be nicer)
