iPhone App (VESC Tool v6.06) - questionable LittleFOCer V3 firmware

The LFOCv3 firmware included in the iphone app (v6.06) has at least one known anomaly:

FOC_D_GAIN_SCALE_MAX_MOD normally defaults to 0.2 aka 20%
But in this firmware it defaults to 90%

I'm not sure what the repercussions of this are, but this should probably be fixed.

Multiple people have confirmed this. I have personally reproduced this - loading via iPhone: 90%, but loading via PC Tool: 20% (as it should be)

To be clear, when loading a custom v6.06 LFOCv3 file from the firmware archive the same bad behavior can be observed
