Udev script is no longer working after systemd 258

The Universal Udev rule will not work after systemd is upgraded to 258 as they have removed the ability for non-system users to own devices.

There are some work arounds listed in that thread and the linked issues spawned off it but I'm not familiar enough with udev rules to say if those should become official guidance.

Just encountered this as well. The command to set up 59-vial.rules can't use numeric group id anymore. It would be helpful if we can update the docs for future references.
