your python doesn't work. can anybody get through this program?

rosrun testbot_description sensor_data_listerner.py，but
the robot doesn't move，and no error shows in the terminal. meanwhile the Linear and Angular velocities show zero in another termial when i run the the command "rostopic echo cmd_vel"
