multiple versions of postcssify

I anticipate failure in the cases where different modules use different versions of postcssify because it relies on private vars to accumulate across transform chunks...

I'm slowly getting the impression we're going to have to go back to a plugin architecture.. Or perhaps the combination of a transform and a plugin is what is needed..
