Big fan of this module as the project I am working on is moving to Yubikeys for MFA.
Have encountered an issue which I believe is related to Server 2025 however unsure how to resolve or what is causing the problem.
When executing "Find-Yubikey" or "Get-Yubikey" in Powershell 7.5.1 (As Administrator or Normal User Context) using PowershellYK 0.2025.3.1 OR 0.2025.7.0 I am receiving the below error:
"Get-Yubikey: Unable to load DLL 'Yubico.NativeShims' or one of its dependencies: The specified module could not be found. (0x8007007E)"
Have not managed to find a solution for the error code and definitely no programming / code guru. I have since loaded it onto a Server 2019 server with the exact same versions and execution method it works fine.
Looking though the PSD1 file I cannot find any hard-coded or needed per-requisites or software versions - is there something else I am missing?
Has anyone else tried to get this working on Server 2025? Looking to build a virtualised, segmented PAM environment utilising the Yubikeys for SmartCard MFA.
