The registration authority for ISO-639-3 provides "scopes" for each language. Scopes indicate whether the language is a "macro language," an individual language, or a special language. Scopes appear to be single-valued in the data. The values should be from a controlled vocabulary, not open text.
Suggested improvement
Make a controlled vocabulary for the values and convert LANG_0000006 to have a range from the vocabulary
