Video production and GPU requirements

Hello,
1- If I want to produce an 8-10 second video in 720p or 1080p quality, then what model is suitable and how much VRAM should my graphics card have?

2- If I want to produce an 8-10 second video in 720p or 1080p with a graphics card with 12 or 16 GB of VRAM, then what model is suitable?

3- How many seconds of video can a model produce?

this is a very loaded question:

• 8sec at which frame rate? at the end, what matters is number of frames, not duration. e.g. 8 sec at 24 fps is 192 frames which is quite a lot to handle all at once.
• how many seconds can video model produce? which model? there are sooo many of them. each model publishes what is the optimal number of frames.
• some models (e.g. framepack) can do rolling-window thus basically achieving near-unlimited duration as they can do stuff like 4+4+4+4+4 seconds
• how much vram will you need also heavily depends how aggressive you want to go with quantization. e.g. raw model in bf16 will use 4x more vram than quantized with sdnq/uint4
