Looks like your version of the kernel32.def file does not contain the GetNativeSystemInfo symbol. Or is it possible that a TCC version other than the one supplied by V is found?

Had to restore from backup. After that things worked again. Not sure what the cause was.

Could it be that you have used multiple tcc installations?
Because GetNativeSystemInfo is included in the version that V provides, but not in the official version, for example.
