DrWeb Dockerfile Update Download URL

I had an issue while building the DrWeb container and found that the problem was the download URL is expired and they updated it to the following.

OLD --> https://download.geo.drweb.com/pub/drweb/unix/workstation/11.1/drweb-11.1.1-av-linux-amd64.run

NEW --> https://download.geo.drweb.com/pub/drweb/unix/workstation/11.1/drweb-11.1.2-av-linux-amd64.run
