How can we get the mean results of physical activity at different times across the whole day? #1421

Hello, I am currently using the GGIR package to process raw accelerometer data from the ActiGraph (GT3X). The results in Part 5 include summarised and daily results of Inactive, LPA, MVPA, and SLP, e.g., part5_personsummary and part5_daysummary files, which are valuable for my research. However, when examining activity patterns at different times of day, I cannot find these results. Could you please advise on the necessary settings to obtain hourly-averaged results for Inactive, LPA, MVPA, and SLP across the whole day (00:00 to 24:00)? (Everyone may have 24 rows of records) |

I did something similar. What I did was use the qwindow parameter to manually separate the windows (in your case qwindow=c(0:24)). This will give you a part5_daysummary_Segments and a part5_personsummary_Segments output. |
