sqlite3 extensions

I encountered a situation where being able to load sqlite3 extensions before executing a query would be extremely useful.
would this be something feasible to consider adding?

Yeah suppose this would be useful. Since our sqlite components require CGO I'm always bit hesitant to extend them.

Would you mind sharing what extension you're looking to load? I've been giving https://github.com/ncruces/go-sqlite3 a look recently which provides native-go bindings for sqlite and has some extensions available at https://github.com/ncruces/go-sqlite3/blob/main/ext/README.md
